I had a delightful time staying here, as the beds were super comfy and the staff was incredibly friendly with a great breakfast to start my day, making it easy to explore nearby Bisset Park where I could enjoy a scenic stroll along the river and the charming Glencoe Mansion just a short walk away for a touch of history and culture.

The room was clean and nicely decorated! The shower was large and had full bottles of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The bed was comfy, and I liked the thicker comforter. The water pressure was great, and breakfast had a nice variety. No complaints!

The local eats in Radford had me buzzing, especially the shrimp po' boys at that nearby joint. The coffee was another highlight—smooth and rich! Plus, the staff was super kind and accommodating during our stay, which made the tough time a tad bit easier. The comfy bedding was a dreamy escape after long days!

Although the bed linens were fresh, I tripped over some dust bunnies while reaching for my dropped item. A little vacuuming could go a long way! Also, the TV volume was limited to 21, which had me straining to hear—definitely felt like I was playing a guessing game during movie night.

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect for outdoor activities, with Claytor Lake nearby for swimming and hiking. Plus, it was great that the hotel allows pets, so we brought along our 3 dogs without any extra charges.

My kids wished there were more soundproofing. we could hear the neighbors quite easily. It would be great if they could improve the wall insulation for a better stay.
